We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and video montages. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through engaging visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver cohesive and impactful visual stories.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video montages, ensuring a smooth and professional final product.
• Develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and meets project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques to enhance the visual quality of projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of design and animation quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and video montage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with video editing and montage creation, including sound editing and color correction.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video montage work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with motion tracking, compositing, and special effects.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
